We want you to know who our ownership is so that you know who is behind the commitment that we make to each employee, each resident, and to the community. We all entered the senior living industry not for a profit, but from a passion to create something unique. Our friendship and ownership of Keep Living Home Plus is based on the philosophy of doing what is right. We are excited to change what it means to live in a "facility" and to help seniors find their passion and purpose while living in a community that works daily to give each resident a purpose.

With years of 30 years of nursing experience, Jodi Broxterman RN brings a deep understanding of compassionate, hands-on care. Her focus has always been on the small details that make a BIG difference - ensuring residents' needs are thoughtfully attended to, that everyone feels included, and that every individual experiences the warmth of being part of a family.
Unique Staffing Model
Our team of CNAs and CMAs are committed to delivering exceptional care with compassion at its core. Thanks to our superior staffing ratios, they are able to form genuine, lasting connections with residents—relationships that feel more like family than caregiver and client. This personalized approach allows us to truly understand each individual’s unique needs and preferences, ensuring care that is both attentive and meaningful. It is this combination of skill, dedication, and heart that creates the foundation for a community where seniors feel safe, supported, and cherished.
Real Resident Focused Care
Our Residents have the freedom to decide their own daily routine, including when they wake up and have breakfast, what time they go to bed, when and how often they shower, and what and when they eat. To support this independence, we maintain staffing ratios of 1:4 overnight and 3:8 during the day, ensuring that every resident's needs are catered to when they want them.
